Physician Assistant Emergency Medicine Fellowship

APPLICATION PROCESS

  • Two applicants are selected each year to participate in our Physician Assistant fellowship in Lowell, Massachusetts. 

  • One PA Fellow begins in January and the other in July.  The PA Fellowship is a 54 week commitment.  

  • Applications for the January start date are accepted from February 15th through April 15th of the preceding year.

  • Applications for the July start date are accepted from September 15th through December 15th of the preceding year.

HOW TO APPLY

Your application and supporting material must all be submitted before being considered for a position.

2.  Supporting Documentation.

  • School transcript(s) (If a new graduate or current student)

  • Three references and/or letters of recommendation

  • Personal statement

  • Supporting Documentation can be submitted online (see 'Application' button below)

  • Any additional materials should be sent to:

3.  Interviews.

  • Each qualified applicant will be asked to participate in a 30 minute telephone interview with the PA Fellowship Program Director.

  • The selection committee reviews all completed applications and the results of the telephone interviews and invites the most highly-qualified applicants to participate in an in-person interview in Lowell, Massachusetts.

4.  Notice of Acceptance

  • In most instances, the applicant will be notified of acceptance into the program within 2-3 weeks of the in-person interview.
